The purpose of New Spin Robotics, Inc. is to develop technology for and apply technology to humanitarian causes and organizations, and of other general public benefits. The manners in which this purpose will be fulfilled may include:
- Developing technology with the intention of using such technology directly for humanitarian purposes;
- Adapting existing technology for humanitarian purposes;
- Developing and applying technology for commercial purposes, with the intention that a portion of profits will be used to support humanitarian causes and organizations.
2012 Statement of Benefit
It was another great year for New Spin Robotics. In addition to expanding our vision and size, we have been blessed with earnings that we can share with important causes.
General Public Benefit
New Spin Robotics, Inc. created one additional job. We continue to develop relationships with other local companies.
Specific Public Benefit
New Spin Robotics, Inc. continued its campaign against human trafficking by making a donation to The Samaritan Women. These funds will allow them to increase security and protection for the women currently in their amazing program.
2011 Statement of Benefit
New Spin Robotics had an eventful inaugural year. Through our modest earnings, we were able to start fulfilling our goal of making an impact on this world.
General Public Benefit
New Spin Robotics, Inc. created one job in our local community. We have also established a banking relationship with a local bank.
Specific Public Benefit
New Spin Robotics, Inc. made a donation to Redeem the Shadows which represented roughly 20% of our profit for 2011.
