New Spin Robotics was created because its founders believed in creating something with real purpose. We wanted to create a company that would serve its employees, its customers, and the world we all belong to. We think too many people look for happiness in money, but money, when used properly, is just another tool. While it may be a tool we cannot do without, it is certainly not our focus.

First, we invest in our employees. We believe in open communication and all-around accountability. We need to make sure we are making the best use of our employees and serving their professional, as well as personal, needs. Beyond work, it is our sincerest hope that our employees get a real sense of purpose working for New Spin. 

With a strong team in place, New Spin can now focus on you, our customer. You want quality products, and you want to pay a fair price for them. You want to know that the people you buy the products from will stand by them for years to come. You also want strong customer service. We know you have a lot of choices when you do business, so we will do all we can to make sure that you choose, and continue to choose, New Spin.

Finally, we move on to serving the world. Most of the world will have very little use for our products. In fact, it was this notion that finally kick-started the entire company. We want to use the technology that we develop for humanitarian efforts. There are countless ways the world can be helped. Instead of letting others worry about it, we think it's time we stepped up.
